Why are these candles special and where did it all begin?

Essentially, I love scented candles but I am very particular when choosing the right one.  

After lighting many candles and finding black soot around the rim and black marks on my walls I did some research and found that there are many candles on the market that are made from paraffin wax or mineral wax that contain crude oil, which not only blackens walls with soot but places harmful carcinogens into the air. 

I didn't want this for my family nor myself so my quest began to make my own cleaner burning candles.  After many trials and tribulations I found a soya wax that I could work with that is kind to the environment and a cleaner burn all round.

I then started making Christmas candles for charity at our local fair and found that people started asking for my candles during the year and always came back to purchase a new one at Christmas.  I started exploring new fragrances and here I am now several years on from making my very first candle.

All of my candles are made from 100% pure soy wax that is biodegradable, vegan friendly, not tested on animals and manufactured in the UK.

The fragrances that I have chosen are to a very high quality (cosmetic grade), Paraben free and a mixture of natural, nature identical & synthetic aromas.

My botanical candles are made using Essential Oils that are the purest graded quality which are manufactured within the UK and are not tested on animals.
