Returns

We hope you will love your purchase from Flamme Rouge Candles but understand that on an occasion you may find it necessary to return an item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you may return it to us, unused and in the original packaging within 28 days of delivery. On inspection of  the item and so long as it meets the above criteria we will refund you with the full price, excluding delivery charges.

The refund will be made onto the card used in the original purchase transaction. We are unable to refund any return postage or delivery charges.

If the item you receive is damaged or not as ordered we will replace or refund the item free of charge if returned to us within 28 days. Please stipulate in your email whether you require refund or a replacement item.

In order for us to start the refund/replacement process please send an email to sales@flammerougecandles.co.uk quoting your order number and why you wish to return the product with an explanation as to why the item is being returned and whether a replacement or refund is required.
